Fermentation is a gas!
A hands on experience in fermentation including the chemistry, health benefits, and a practical how-to-make classic and unique fermentations from cabbage to kombucha, kimchi to kvaas. The workshop invites all participants to follow along with the teachers in the preparation of 3 unique fermentations in the workshop. All vegetables and salts will be provided. Participants should bring 3 one-quart mason jars, a cutting board, large mixing bowl, and a large knife.
