What’s all the buzz about? 

Bees! Get comfortable with proximity to the honeybees that beekeeper, Roger Moss keeps on Willow Wisp Organic Farm. Learn about the workers, drones, the queen bee and their activities and what beekeepers do in pursuit of maintaining healthy colonies and how colony management is carried out through each season of the year. Roger will open a hive to view the bees at work, the young larvae as they hatch, and possibly the queen among the 30-40 thousand bees in a colony. Stick around and get a taste of honey produced by the bees. Sweet! We are offering this workshop in person to a limited number of attendees and also online via Zoom.
