Join animal farmer Mark Keoppen at his farm where he is raising pigs, chickens and lamb organically. He will take participants on a tour of his operations, we will visit the animals and learn best practices for the health and welfare of animals that we eat. Topics will include food, required shelters and space, land use, processing and details to help interested individuals get started raising animals in a humane manner.
